The 2017 Chris Sailer Kicking College Camp Was Loaded With Talent!

The 2017 Chris Sailer Kicking College Camp took place in Tampa, FL on July 14-16.  The athletes arrived from all over America on Friday and checked into the Renaissance Tampa International Plaza near the airport.  Saturday began with a 3 hour training session, followed by a 2 hour film breakdown session.  Athletes and staff headed to downtown Tampa for an evening of fun and relaxation.  Sunday kicked off with another 3 hour training session before the specialists returned to the hotel to pack up and head back to their colleges.

The weekend offered a great combination of training and comradery.  This camp was absolutely loaded with talent.  Specialists from the SEC, BIG 12, PAC 12, ACC & more were in attendance.  The competition was intense from start to finish.  Take a look at the results.

Eddy Pineiro (Florida) – Eddy is an incredible talent that has NFL written all over him.  Look for Eddy to follow up a tremendous freshman year with another strong sophomore campaign.

Tristan Vizcaino (Washington) – Tristan may just be the most talented all around specialist in the nation.  His ability on field goal, kickoff and punt is off the charts.

Garrett Owens (Iowa State) – Garrett is primed for a huge 2017 season.  The transfer from Oregon State has great NFL ability and he is nails mentally.

Cole Tracy (Assumption) – Cole has proven himself during the season (7 FG’s in one game… twice) and proved himself once again at this camp against the big name college guys.  He is simply a great kicker.

Lorran Fonseca (Nichols State) – Lorran can kick with the best of them.  He hits a big time ball on both field goal and kickoff.  Look for Lorran to dominate this coming season.

Which Camps Should I Attend?

I get asked hundreds of questions per day.  I post to social media and write blogs to make finding answers to these questions easier.  Perhaps the most common question that we get asked is…. “Which camps should I attend?”

I can understand why this question comes up so often.  There are so many options out there that it can become confusing.   After 17 years in the business, I know the value of great instruction, the value of education, and perhaps most importantly, the value of exposure.  I make choices each year to offer our clients the best possible options to achieve success.  Chris Sailer Kicking remains #1 in the business for that reason.  High school coaches, college coaches and NFL coaches trust in Chris Sailer Kicking.  The proof is in the results.

Las Vegas, TOP 12, US Army All-America Bowl, Underclassman Invitational, Fall / Spring / Summer 1-Day Regional Camps, FBU Youth All-American Games, Australian Scout Camps, College Training Camp & NFL Training Camps, NFL Combines, College Camps.  Many have tried to copy the model that Chris Sailer Kicking has created, but there is a reason why we are #1 in the World.  Experience, real relationships with everyone that matters in this business & the best instruction available across the world.  If you want to make it as a kicker or punter Welcome to Chris Sailer Kicking.

Notes:
I recommend attending the TOP GUN Camp every year. The U.S. Army All-American Bowl & FBU Youth All-American Bowl participants are selected by me at this camp.
When prioritizing camps, Vegas Events should always come first.
All camps offer instruction, competition, evaluation and national rankings.
Highlight videos are available at the 1-Day Regional Camps, Las Vegas Events and Invite Camps.
Every camp has SOLD OUT for the past 12 years.  Register early.
Chris Sailer will no longer run college camps as the NCAA has passed a rule no longer allowing any non university employee to serve as instructors at these camps.

This might seem like we are asking a lot of you.  You are right, we are.  An opportunity to play college football or perhaps in the NFL is HUGE.  We will give you that opportunity.  The harder you work, the more time you invest, the reality of reaching your goals will come true.  It is very competitive out there.  Those who work the hardest and understand the process stay one step ahead of the game.  See you at a Chris Sailer Kicking camp soon!

2017 NFL Free Agent Training Opportunity!

Baltimore Ravens Kicker, Justin Tucker (#9)

In lieu of a Chris Sailer Kicking NFL camp this year, I will be personally offering private lessons in California. Spots are limited and I will not be taking a mass group.

After speaking with college coaches, NFL coaches, scouts and agents, I was advised to run specific lessons, this year.  My goal is to get each NFL prospect ready by offering more one on one interaction and relay the results to scouts and agents. Last year alone, Chris Sailer Kicking had NINETEEN Kickers and Punters start in the NFL.  Many others earned signed contracts and earned tryouts based on Chris Sailer Kicking film and my word.

For this year, Chris Sailer Kicking will not be running a NFL Free Agent camp to focus solely on the private lessons with NFL Free Agents.

Jacksonville Jaguars Punter, Bryan Anger (#19)

One of the things the coaches, scouts and agents liked the most is that there was no bias. If you can kick and punt at the next level, I tell them that. If you can’t kick and punt at the next level, I tell them that as well. I don’t care if I have seen you at my camps or not. This is all about a bottom line with the NFL. You either are the full package or you are not. College coaches trust what I say.

Minnesota Vikings Kicker, Kai Forbath (#2)

The lessons will offer the following….

  • Private instruction with me personally
  • Film to review as well film to send out to agents and teams with my stamp of approval on it.
  • Game plan to get each Kicker/Punter ready for their pro day.

I will get you ready, it is up to you what you do when you get there!

If interested, email Chris@ChrisSailerKicking.com as are limited and once they are gone, they are gone.

Washington Redskins Kicker, Tress Way (#5)

2016 GA Fall Camp Recap – Vicente Wins It!

The 2016 Chris Sailer Kicking Fall Camp Tour concluded that past weekend with a final stop in Atlanta, GA.  Once again well over 100 specialists were in attendance representing over a dozen states.  The talent at this camp never disappoints.  Many of these athletes will be in the hunt for a TOP 12 spot this coming January in Las Vegas.  Take a look at the results.

Overall Camp Champion
Gabriel Vicente (TR, FL) – The first time Chris Sailer Kicking student put in an impressive first performance, defeating many of the top national kicking prospect for the victory.  He stepped up when it counted the most and won a major field goal competition by nailing 6-7 of field goals in including a long of 54 yards.  He then swept through the semi-finals and finals round without missing a kick.  Gabriel is a talented transfer student who has the talent to challenge at any level.

Field Goal Champion
Jake Lane (2017, AL) – The longtime Chris Sailer Kicking student and Event Elite Member had another strong day from start to finish.  Coming off a season where he went 22-26 on field goals and recently being named a Sailer Award Finalist, he stepped up once again.  He went over 80% on the day and showed off his big leg by nailing several 50+ yard field goals.  He was also outstanding on both kickoff and punt.  Jake is ready for the next level.

Kickoff Champion
BT Potter (2018, SC) – BT was quite possibly the most talented kicker at the entire camp.  He is a great athlete with elite leg strength.  BT hit several field goals of 50+ yards off the ground and kicked with nice consistency.  He also dominated kickoffs all day long, winning the competition with a 70 yard, 4.00 second kick in less than perfect conditions.  He is also proving to be a capable punter.  BT is a top national prospect that will challenge for a TOP 12 spot this coming January in Las Vegas.

Punt Champion
Taylor Goettie (2017, GA) – Taylor put on a phenomenal performance from start to finish.  He proved he was easily the best punter at camp and dominated all punting competitions.  He is a great athlete with a big time leg.  He averaged well over 45 yards all day and hit some 60+ yard bombs.  Taylor punts for tremendous distance and shows flashes of great hang time.  He is a gifted recruit that could be a great steal in this recruiting class.  Look for Taylor to turn the heads of college coaches in Vegas.
