The road to Vegas XXXIII continued with a massive camp in Los Angeles, CA. Over 150 specialists from 10 plus states gathered to learn and compete at the highest level. The weather was absolutely perfect and the competitions were intense. Take a look at the results…

Overall Camp Champion – Corey Lewis (JC, CA)
Corey was phenomenal all day long. He is a top 5 national junior college combo prospect without a doubt. He has big time leg strength and competes with great confidence. On this day he won the kickoff competition by averaging 70+ yards, with 3.9 – 4.15 hang time. His field goals were equally impressive. Corey is also a strong punter. He is ready for the D1 level without a doubt. Offer Now!!!

Field Goal Champion – Cavan Leonardo (2019, OH)
Cavan was fantastic from start to finish. He won the field competition by going 8-9 with a long of 58 yards. He hit over 90% of his field goals on the day and showed fantastic range off the ground. His kickoffs were also strong. The first time Chris Sailer Kicking camper proved very quickly that he is a D1 prospect. He has the tools to compete anywhere and will be a fine addition to a college program.

Punt Champion – Ryan Sanborn (2019, CA)
The Stanford commit, TOP 12 Member, 2019 All-American Bowl Selection, Vegas Champion & TOP 12 Camp Champion added another victory to his resume. Ryan averaged 45+ yards with 4.5 second hang time on punt. He also dominated on both field goal and kickoff. Ryan is one of the most consistent all around performers we have every had. He has a bright future with Stanford.

Punt Champion – Chris Bartolic (JC, CA)
Chris had an outstanding day. He is a great looking athlete with an explosive leg. He was victorious on punt by averaging 45+ yards with 4.3+ hang time. His best balls top 50 yards with 4.6+ hang time. He is a very consistent junior college punter that has all the tools to take his game to the next level. Look for Chris to compete with the best of the best at Vegas XXXIII and turn the heads of college coaches.

2017 CA Fall Camp Recap, Medina Wins Back-to-Back CA Camps!

Chris Sailer Kicking hosted the 2017 CA Fall Camp at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, CA on Sunday October 29th.  This was the largest and most talented 1-day regional camp in a few years.  Near perfect weather and brand new turf provided ideal conditions for the specialists.  Just under 200 specialists from over a dozen states participated in the highly competitive atmosphere.  Take a look at the results.

Overall Camp Champion
Jaime Medina (JC, CA) – Jaime was absolutely outstanding once again. The longtime Chris Sailer Kicking student has now won back-to-back CA Camps.  He won the field goal competition by drilling 8-9 kicks including the competition winner from 61 yards out.  He was also a kickoff and punt finalist proving his all around worth.  Jaime is the #1 Junior College Combo prospect in the nation.

Kickoff Champion
Jonah Lipel (2018, CA) – Jonah is simply a phenomenal kicking prospect.  The longtime Chris Sailer Kicking student and Harvard commit was dominant in all areas of the game.  On this day he was the kickoff champion.  Jonah averaged well over 65 yards, with 4.10+ hang time.  His final kick to win the competition measured 76 yards with 4.16 second hang time.  He was also fantastic on both field goal and punt.  Harvard has a great one coming their way.

Punt Champion
Lane Kast (2018, CA) – Lane put together his best performance yet at a Chris Sailer Kicking camp.  He became the punt champion by showing that he could stay consistent from the start to the end of camp.  Lane averages 40+ yards with 4.3+ hang time.  He also shows he can hit a big ball.  Lane is also very capable on kickoffs.  He is proving that he can challenge at any college level.  Vegas XXXI will be a great stage to prove exactly that to college coaches.

2017 CA Summer Camp Recap, Medina Dominates!

The 2017 Chris Sailer Kicking Summer Camp Tour hit Los Angeles, CA on Thursday July 27th. This was one of the largest regional camp to date and was loaded with talent. Specialists from over 10 states were in attendance ready to learn and compete prior to the start of a highly anticipated 2017 football season. Take a look at the results.

CA Summer Camp Champions

Overall Camp Champion:
Jaime Medina (JC, CA) – Jaime is longtime Chris Sailer Kicking student and recent bounce back from Sacramento State. He is an experienced combo player that performs with great confidence. On this day he won 2 of the 4 major competitions, coming in first for both field goal and punt. Jaime has 55+ yard range on field goal and gets tremendous height on his ball. He hits a D1 kickoff with ease. And his punting is equally as strong. He won the final competition with a 50 yard, 5.30 second punt. Jaime should be the top junior college specialist is America this coming season.

Field Goal Champion:
Jason White (2019, CA) – Jason is really starting to come into his own. After a strong performance at the recent Underclassmen Invitational in Tampa, FL, he was able to follow it up with a competition win in CA. He has a great leg and does very well under pressure. He won the competition by going 7-7 with a long of 55 yards off the ground. Jason is proving that he has the tools to take his game to the college level. Look for him to do very well this coming season.

Kickoff Champion:
Kevin Boermeester (JC, CA) – Kevin is another long time Chris Sailer Kicking student. He was strong from start to finish in all areas of the game. He took the Kickoff championship with a final kick of 71 yard with 4.03 second hang time. He was also solid on field goals and showed that he will contribute as a punter as well. Kevin has the tools to be a top junior college prospect this coming season.

Punt Champion:
Andrew Rodriguez (JC, CA) – Andrew proved once again that he is one of the best in the nation. He competed very well on both field goal and kickoff. He then stepped up and won a major punt competition by punting with great consistency and showing that he can hit a big time D1 ball. He averaged over 45 yards per punt with 4.5+ hang time. Between Medina, Boermeester and Rodriguez the junior college ranks our in good hands this coming season.
